Hm, I did plan on staying out of this because I usually live by the 'to each his own' model... but then I thought of that xkcd comic of someone being wrong in the Internet, and I thought I should chime in.
Firstly, I think people are able to get a general idea of things without experiencing them. I know that many people like heavy metal music. I have listened to heavy metal music before, and I never liked it. Therefore, I am fairly safe in saying I won't like a heavy metal album by many artists.
I used to listen to Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, and yes, let me publicly say it, Tiesto. I started fading away from Tiesto first, then Paul, then Armin. I just couldn't stand their music anymore. I found it all to be the same, it never changed. Then I just realized I couldn't listen to trance as a whole anymore. It just doesn't do anything for me. I like techno, progressive house, tech-house, ambient, and dubstep.
I know that if I were to listen to this CD I wouldn't mind it, even with all the vocals. I'm sure it'd be fine, but it just isn't something I would want to sit and listen through the whole thing. I think there is a lot better music out there than what nearly all trance producers put out there.
You can dislike something if you have experience around it, and I am pretty sure most people here have listened to trance before.
