Was supposed to go over to Avalon earlier but once SvD dropped his first track there was no way I was leaving.
Stayed til the end and walked over to Avalon around 4:30ish and Kleinenberg was rippin some crazy shit! He later spun on the terrace for a couple hours. So glad I got to see both.
But in the end set of the night goes to SvD.

i'll take that $50 dave, i didn't last 45 minutes. sorry, guess my tastes are changing. i just couldn't get into his set, i needed some house and dark minimal beats from 16BL
i don't discredit him as a great dj, just not my style anymore. he definitely had the crowd going and looked like he was having a great time.

Kinda like my thoughts on Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Ferry Corsten when they play trance.
I saw SVD for maybe 15 minutes in Miami. Pretty upbeat. Too much jumping up and down.

No need to be sorry, it was a bad set. I'm one of his biggest fans, but his set was weak on all levels.
