I love it when people ask for advice but throw the "no meathead" clause in. I wish I had to constantly worry about getting too "big and ripped".

That's the same "problem" I've had back when I was starting 3.5 years ago. I was asking for advice on a local BB forum and I've made sure to let them know that I don't want to become like a real bodybuilder, as if that's something easy to achieve, something that might accidently happen.

one of the few seen-on-tv things that actually works!
since i dont have a full set of weights at home, ive been doing the Dolph Lundgren routines spaced out with cardio inbetween sets and bicep/tricep curls with the one barbell i have. been a few days now and im seeing a bit of improvement in tone and definitely feeling more stable in my core.
