what age, i don't even know you, how old are you supposed to be?
The funny thing, is that, I don't know what they teach you in Canada, but every now and then, Federal clowns in power claim victory over the separatist movement, that its dying, that Quebec claims have been adressed and separation is useless, etc etc. They have been saying this for 150++ years...
Separation might not be the first thing on everyone's mind, it's still there and not going anywhere, either if you're for it, or against it. You need to open the French radio here and listen to what the common jean is saying, separation is wanted big time. I can't blame you though for not knowing this, there is really two solitudes in this country and the case for separation is off the radar in Canada.
Btw, never in Quebec's history, the three parties in the Assemblée Nationale have been so nationalistic, even the Liberals are unrecognizable (they do have deputies that went on record for being pro-separation!), even M. Charest said himself that Quebec would do just fine on its own if it were a separate country! Can you believe this? If Canada was a dictatorship, Charest would have been "taken care of".
Seriously, I hate talking about this on a forum, people in toronto will believe that i hate them because I believe in separation.
We can continue this by email or facebook if you want.
