I was in management the last 2 years at Wonderland, so I know a little bit about this. It was copyright issues, the park was purchased in 2006 but was allowed to keep the names of the rides for a few years. There will be some more changes coming, the kids areas are going to be changed drastically as well...Hanna Barberra land is going to be ripped up, next year most likely. I heard some talk about reopening the aquarium, its been closed for like 10 years but is still there, behind Nick Central. I think they signed a 5 year lease for Nickolodean rights as kids care about that stuff, but at the end of the day people are not going to refuse to ride Top Gun because it has a lame name.
