I don't have to accuse them of anything... picture would be enough. and regardless.. I i did say they were on G and they started pulling the libel/slander thing.. they'd have to be able to proove that that what I was saying was not true. with picture/video evidence and 500 witnesses they'd probably have a hard time

I could also put a disclaimer up at the entrance of the boat warning people of what happens to "suspected G outs"

I am not trying to defend doing G, I would be pisssed if I was on one of those boats BUT in reality you can't just post pics of people all over the place accusing them of something.
