everyone looks bored.. including lawler
Because everything about this vid, including Lawler, is tired. Christ, my farts sound more interesting and fresh than the tune being played.
Crowd looks sketchy as fuck too.
One word for this shit: b-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-aaaaa.

maybe its my fault for knowing that a DJ can have a "bad night"
so i gave Lawler 3 attempts to rock it.
and by rocking it, i dont just mean ME- i mean rocking the CROWD.
he failed, miserably. i mean even his sketched out entourage was bored. they couldnt fake it, even with all the free vodka in the world.
there were about 20 people there who thought they were in God's prescence- but otherwise, I know guys who are just starting out that could have done a better job, more consistantly.
NO, theyre not internationally booked DJ's and hence, dont have that "IBIZA" aura.
LETS GIVE PRAISE for the Toronto Locals- who 99% of the time, kill the internationals- and really rock the crowd.

It's entertaining though, that people delude themselves into thinking that's a good time. Especially when the evidence clearly shows how hard everyone is trying.

i went for beats, i stayed for the patheticness.
i then left and had an incredible time on the beats ahoy boat.
even with the craptastic boat setup, the beats were stellar and saved the day!
after that was REIGN, which wins the title for afterpartys right now.
wow, i mean holy.
i meant to leave around 9pm, but then Fab Strong played back to back with the Roaches till close.(11pm)

I was there at the Skybar...just barely got in at like 5:15 AM'ish and squeezed by the crowd.
Yeah the crowd seemed a little dead but it was really late. I could barely dance, but the music was awesome. It was absolutley perfect for the time, cuz it was really dubby techno and I liked that. Plus the sound level was perfect, but I noticed even in teh main room, the sound wasn't insansely loud like it always is and that was a treat as I could HEAR the music properly.
It was great party and I ultimately I felt satisfied with the music, crowd and general atmosphere.
BTW--WHere the hell was Tiesto standing? I never could see him on stage!

That's right. My longest video is 1 1/2 hrs. Now that they have a "view better quality" option, I'll remake my Labour Of Love 2007 video and upload it so it looks better. When they introduce "premium" accounts on Vimeo I'll upload it there too for even better quality (widescreen).
