Wow, check out the anger on DJ Mikey Mike. You seem like a great guy ... what's your secret?

PS. You forgot to say "imo"

No IMO needed when facts are presented.

... silly me, there I was thinking it was an opinion, not a universal truth

I stand corrected.

golden grill. where was his fail?

i quite like the remake. its a little textbook, but he kept the uni nation atmosphere and did as much as should have been done without going overboard. my personal fave rmx was by oliver lieb. i had a pop at rmxing uni nation a year or so ago since it is my favourite edm melody ever.

just because people don't add 'IMO', it doesn't mean they aren't stating an opinion. it's always an opinion, take solace in knowing that. anyone who thinks their view is anything more is clearly deluded and not worth arguing with

i haven't heard the remix. i can't imagine i'll like it but providing the intentions were good (ie. the way you described it) then its mere existence doesn't offend me or anything

i was thinking of the post further up the page: "No IMO needed when facts are presented."

Not a fan of this remix but it doesn't really offend me.

Perhaps recycling old stuff is pretty bad for music, but I can't see how the producer of the record can be a "dickhead" for doing so. If anyone's at fault, it's James Zabiela and the people at Bonzai for promoting it and exposing people to it.

I mean, I made a Coldplay remix a few years back and Judge Jules played it on his R1 show. I didn't send it to any DJs, he picked up from somewhere (maybe here?) and played it - and while he might be a dickhead for playing it, I surely can't be seen as one for making it. Reason I didn't send it out is cos I didn't think anyone would want to play it; if I'd thought it was good enough to played by top DJs then I may well have sent it out, as this guy has done. Why the fuck not?

Sometimes you may just be pissing about and come up with something you wanna play out. It may be shit, but if a top DJ picks it up and wants to show it to the world then it's totally unfair to consider the producer as some sort of wanker for making it.

It doesn't make him any better if there's people who are worse than him. Man, sometimes I think about the parents who created such a fucking imbecile child like you. Your mother must've been quite distressed when she popped you out.
