This remix starts with some nice elements, a xilophone which sounds very caribbean.
It also starts with a snare, which turns out to be the main kick. I appreacite the idea of wanting to do something unique, but uniqueness does not always mean that is good, and in this case that snappy sound all over the track, just don't work.
The lovely melody of the original was torn off in this one, with a careless interpretation with no emotion or concept.
Its overall sound is clean enough, but that is thanks to its minimal nature, and that extremely minimal attempt is what killed this remix.
The arrangement, well, it is not only Dj Unfriendly, but there are no signs of the three main parts of a trance song or any type of music genre for that matter. What I hear is only an intro track op 6 minutes long.
Overall: A very poor attempt to remix a classic.

This Psy-Trance intro mix has the very characteristocal elements of a good Psy Trancer, plenty of sick acid and 303 lines.
There is also a good dose of variation to keep you motivated to listen further.
The intro, although not very epic, would work quite well as the opening of a set.
It is not very creative compared to other Psy Trance tracks, but the fact that this is a full traslation from Melodic trance to Psy makes it deserving a good score in this area.
The overall sound is top notch, I think we are dealing with an d\advanced producer here, I just would have liked to hear those open hats with lower volume.
Melody again, this is a full traslation from Melodic Trance to Psy Trance, the subtleness that made this track a classic was taken away to replace it for a savage interpretation, which for this kind of genre works but if I was a purist trancer, I would have told him, what did the melody did to you to deserve such punishment.
Arrangement: It is pretty good, it is an intro track which the Djs could use to open a set, there is a breakdown, there is a build up which lacks of tension and an outtro. All elements are there.
Overall: A good psy trance remix perfect for psy fans.

What's with the moaning? I understand that using Vocal Dlips could enhance a track, but here.. is not the case, simply because they distract rather than enhance the listeners experience, that is why instead of adding up to his creativity value, they give this track a minus.
Its overall sound, lets say it is a good draft, but we are not judging engineers but producers, so it passes the test, the some leads sound a little too dry, the gating pad could use more reverb if it was a supportive melody to put it in the background, but he used it as his main lead, so it is cool.
There is plenty of emotion here if you ignore the moaning (if that is possible), the gating pad-lead, the chords and the sweeping melody work quite well together melodic wise. I love that fat side chained pumping bassline.
The arrangement
There is a big minus here in my opinion, the intro part had started nicely, and then at 57 seconds, this producer introduces the breakdown! Full of moaning and featuring what the main melodies are going to be in the next.... 5 minutes!
It means that I'll have to listen to the same melodies being looped for 5 long minutes, when I wasn't even starting to get tired of the intro part. Yes there is a breakbeat part build by the same kickdrum and same snare, and analog bassline, is not enough. The outtro part is full of annoying moaning, if he thought this was sexy maybe he should of tried mixing singing vocals with less of this with good dose of delays and reverb to make it dreamy at least, to make them blend not stand out more than the main melodies.
Overall: A progressive Trance remix more influenced by porno than by its original predecessor, well crafted in some areas, and totally wasted in others.

Tech Trance banger! it starts with an awesome set of percussion and hard kickdrum making it very groovie and energetic, it was a very nice start until those intro leads with excessive volume on them were introduced.
Honestly, this track would have been a lot better without them, specially they are brought in again in the climax to play ON TOP (rather than in the background as support) of the main leads. Instead of these I would have put some nice pads, Sound FX and enhanced the tremendous experience of that groove that this remixer had going on here.
As arrangement, well, when the intro track went silent for a moment, I thought of giving it a minus for that for not letting it flow, but then the "Boom!" vocal gave that nice touch to take off from where it left seconds ago.
Then by the 1:04 minute mark, the kick is taken off, to let the intro lead play for a moment, here is where a good built up should have taken place and drop the energetic drums keep playing, but instead, he/she built down, that is a mistake there, you want to keep flowing, you want to create more tension and build adrenaline in tracks like this until the breakdown is faded in.
The breakdown was disappointing really, here is where this track should have exploded into an emotional tech blizzard, not only that the build up didn't create enough tension for what was to come, so those incredible drums didn't sound as espectacular as they would have sound with a well crafted build up.
The climax was so so, the main leads where overshadowed by the intro lead, it should have been the other way around.
I enjoyed the outtro a lot, gives a lot to rave to, if it wasn't for that spectacular first minute and the last two minutes, this would have deserved nothing but a 1.
The main melodies could have used a moment of spark, if he opened those filter cut offs of the main leads in the breakdown, they could have used a moment of glory.
Overall: A very creative mix sacrificing, arrangement and melody values, but if you ask me if there was a godd techno trance producer in the way to the top of the mountain, I would point you in his direction, he is not ready yet, but he has a promising future.
