Just bought PSP Mixpack2 yesterday. Supreme quality plugins for little price.
Got a big wishlist still:
Zero-G Phaedra
Omnisphere
Steinberg Cubase
I'm thinking about switching sequencer, not 100% sure though. My current sequencer does not support PDC (Plugin Delay Compensation) which is terribly annoying. It doesn't allow you to see the overall song progression as well since it is pattern based . Plus Cubase 4 costs about 750 Euro... I know my way around in the program but I'm not yet as familiar with it as I would want to be, so I'm not quite sure if it will be worth the investment. However I would have PDC and I can see the overall view on the entire song which is what I am missing right now in Renoise.
Maybe by the time I can afford Cubase Renoise already has the features I'm am looking for. Who knows
Processing a highly structured and complex pattern of sensory input as a unified percept of "music" is probably one of the most elaborate features of the human brain.....understanding how music is perceived and how it may elicit intense sensations is far from being understood.

Hey Storyteller, just a tip: if you've never used Cubase 4, you're in for a pretty long and steep learning curve coming from FLS. I highly recommend the Cubase 4 Power! book. The amount of time it will save you compared to trial & error or reading the owner's manual easily makes it worth the extra $25 (USD), IMO.
