A simple question requires a simple answer:

Even if Tiesto was gay, does that to YOU make him any less of a Dj?

I mean ive seen replies using words like "disappointing" and "flawed" and affiliating them with gay people - thats fucked.

Who are we to involve outselves in his sexual preference...i mean all we are interested in his ability to spinn and produce tracks not about if he has a girlfriend!

Someone mentioned that he -almost- kissed a guy that was clearly visible on the DD vid - again who gives a fuck!

In many European countries its culturally accpetable to kiss men/womean/children and Tiesto coming from Holland one of the worlds biggest gay citys would encourage him to be open about stuf like that...

Johan Gielen is known to be gay; yet after his Trance Energy performance no body dared mention his sexuality - why?

Because his performance was brilliant/seamless and people thought that if they affiliated him with with being "gay" that some how his reputation would some how be 'tarnished'.

For f.uck sake people need to get off this eltist high horse and enjoy the music for what it is - not try to question social conventions such as race sexuality or even a Dj's fashion sense.

Its sad to think that many of us have become this shallow basing a Dj's credability on his/her sexuality - uve made the first step by "accepting" their music - now do one better and accept them for WHAT they are not WHO they are.

I totally agree with CrasherKid, who cares about DJ's sexual preferences? Not me, it don't matter one bit. It's the music that counts, the music we all love, TRANCE, and Tiesto plays some fine trance. Gay,bi whatever, the music rules and speaks for itself.

Anyway i like more ferry corsten's music,
And he is better than tiesto as a dj aswell.
Tiesto knows that. And in that Gouryella project, it was Ferry who made that extreamely beatiful melody.
