but I'd second that idea about putting the videos in a reverse order, so that new stuff is left or otherwise clearly marked

yeah i really need to get that changed

my webadmin is being a bitch and saying its gonna cost a bunch!

(but i dont see how that could cost anything huge! just reverse the damn order in the code) arghhh

Its probably just requires adding in a specific order variable. You could probably do it yourself depending on what type of code drives that video bar.
