as said many times in this topic.

"Practice and n_joy" (Dj Tutor quote btw)

You do it, over and over and over again until you can tell and get them lined up. Then you keep practicing so that you can pick up even if the tracks are a minuscule amount off that no one but you (or another DJ) would notice.

Theres no univeral right or wrong way. You just figure out your way and your style and run with it.

If mixing with CD's, than you'll just have to practice very hard and get skilled. It took me like 2 years before I started playing on gigs.


Why is it harder with CDJ's? I find its easier than Vinyl, put them in to Vinyl mode and just tweak the pitch...

Yeah that doesn't make sense to me either. The first CDJs I used were the 100s and after knowing how to mix on vinyl all I needed was for someone to show me how to work the stutter cue. The models that are out today are even better than the CDJ100s so I can't understand how they would be tougher to mix on than vinyl.
