you don't need any samples, you can make that with the synth engine.
Got it 3 days ago.
Like everyone said, not a preset synth at all.
But it feels like rediscovering the joy of synthesis like on a korg synth such as the trinity/triton, or on a roland jd800.
Just a few things that I don't like, still, such as the pitch bend aliasing when using it with maximum depth (+-24) and the fm osc too quiet, and the hardsync maximum slightly too high.
Besides that, just a joy to work with.

I found only one supersaw sample and It's mediocre compared to Virus hypersaw. It sounds good but its not really the point of omnisphere, although its nice that they've included classic (and a bit less classic) synth samples : )

Demo sounds great!
Just on a production tip - how would you recreate the kick / bass interaction from around 01:01 onwards, its got this nice continuous bass tone playing around that I'd like to be able to replicate.
Im thinking long overlapping notes plus a few single hits with some mild sidechain?

I dont know if I got you right, but yeah, its long notes, portamento, all sliding into each other, and heavy sidechaining.. the sidechain delay time is the key. The bass itself should be a sawtooth layered with a sine wave, and quite a bit of distortion on the highs, maybe using a frequency split.
After the recent update (adding some new patches including entire atmosphere lib) I have to say I'm getting a bit addicted to that synth. Well its hard to say if its overhyped cause at present it full-filled all the things I was hoping to achieve with it, so price tag of almost 300 squids is justified.
And I've made a test : If it was stolen from me, I would buy it again : ) that means something : )

Not so interested in the high rasping noise just getting the feel of the v.low noise so I filtered the part I wanted with a steep 9 (48?) pole filter.
I def think you are right with the sidechain timing but do you think it is playing a riff with the first 16th missing right where the kick ends and a quick release or ??
I'm after that solid note kind of feel you hear in tracks in a club; you can hear the kick and bass clearly and together it's got this massive bass sound playing constantly
