cows milk is also harder for the body to break down. Recommended is goats milk or the soy substitute but right now i just deal with the semi skimmed.

Raw milk is illegal here in florida but I really wanna try and find a way to get it.

buy a cow and milk it yourself?

you can buy chinese steam baskets anywhere in the world for less than 5 $

also raw milk is too much of a legal liability (non pasteurization = disease possibility).

it is also too high in fat content to be considered healthy after infancy.
