Shit.... Thats a good point. Killing Penny would really suck. But it would actually assure Desmonds return to the Island as he would be looking for Ben.

Im assuming Ben got the Feds on Sayeed so they could transport him on that flight. Almost 100% positive Charlie reappeared and convinced Hurley to go back. Hence Hurley carrying the guitar. And Claire appeared to Kate telling her to go back but leave Aaron.
