You could just set up a really obvious video camera on a tripod next to the bed. She'll be like 'wtf but this'll come in handy'. Then she notices the video cable extending out to the loungeroom telly where you're sitting with a roll of toilet paper at the standby.

I'd be more likely to put hidden cams in her bathroom before her bedroom though.
I'd likely use fiber optic or some type of camera that can use the light from her alarm clock to light up the picture - it'd be expensive though.. plus wireless devices are really easy to detect, and drilling while I have the time can be difficult to hide.
There are A LOT of wireless devices in these parts though.. so it would be very possible to hide a couple cameras.
but once again it would be wrong to do without asking.
Getting an audio recording from HERE, wouldn't necisarily be as immoral though..
