No. You'll always get away with it, because it's the law.
If you're "not lucky" in this situation, it's because the officer is breaking the law.
Also, it is not standard procedure to pin a female to the ground using her hair, just fyi. |
Well then the law needs to get changed. You shoudnt be allowed to mess with the police like that, and ill bet that is why she did...she thought that they coudnt touch her and she could do anything she liked. She might yet win a lawsuit out of this, but even if it does make a bigger **** out of her, i doubt she will ever forget that she needs to watch er behaviour around the authorities. I also had the misfortune of dealing with brats like that, tough i managed not to throw any of them on the ground and kick the shit out of them.
Also you can say that violence isnt the answer all you like, but until you work security at a football match and you get in a brawl with a bunch of angry fans you wont know just how wrong you are. Slam someone in the ground a few times when he is making trouble during one game, and during the next one when he tries to get up to no good you just have to look at him and he'll start to behave.

Yeah I'm sure next time she's confronted with law enforcement she'll invite them over for tea and crumpets and apologize profusely.
Violence is not an answer, force sometimes is. I have no problem with cops shooting armed people, tazing people who are uncontrollable, or using force in apprehending a dangerous suspect.
But there is a MINIMUM standard of decency and self control that police officers need to (and mostly do) have. Mouthing off obscenities and flicking sneakers at a cop does not warrant this type of response NO MATTER WHAT. End of fucking story. |
I agree with you 100%... but like I said, it doesn't change my mind that I think she probably deserved to have her ass put in line.
What the cop did was extreme, ridiculous and wrong. However, the little bitch needs to know where her place is and probably "deserved" it, but it shouldn't have happened.
I know that doesn't sound like it makes sense, so here's another example.
Hitler probably deserved to have some seriously heinous things done to him. He probably deserved some of the worst treatment a human could get.
However, no one SHOULD actually have done heinous things to him. But if someone did, I wouldn't feel as much empathy because the asshole likely deserved it.
I dunno if I am even making sense.... no sleep = brain on strike!
