Yes, they're in the process of being released Mastered copies are ready to go, I think they are just waiting on the distro company.

I think Andrei said early-mid June, maybe a little earlier

I never really understood the point of having to go through a distributor when you're going digital (assuming you are but i'm not sure)

They are doing both vinyl & digital and I believe they want them released at the same time. So as Clovis said, waiting on the vinyl
