My girlfriend wants to go to Iceland for some odd reason. I am not too convinced, but it isn't like i have any choice in the matter.

At least it is cheap.

Did I act proud? I was just agreeing with your fucking statement to avoid touristy shit and explore. Is that hard to get from my post?

Erin and are camping for a long weekend May 1-4 at Brown County State Park in Indiana. We've ridden there once before but only covered about 9 miles or so. We are really looking forward to hitting the full 19 this time and possibly some of the other 150 miles that are in the area.

Tent camping, eating over a fire, riding, and just hanging out with my wife could be one of our best vacations yet!

"Bike" says Brown County SP trails among best on continent

Brown County State Park's mountain bike trails have been crowned as "among the best in North America" in Bike Magazine's March issue.

In its article "33 Best Rides in North America" the international magazine says the following about the trails, which are located on the outskirts of Nashville, Ind.

Here's some video of the trails. Really nice flowing, well cared for singletrack. CAN'T WAIT!

P.S. - at about 1:15 is when the riding gets decent.

I got my deal at selloffvacations.com, and flying on a Sunwing Tours plane. I got a hotel on the LV/CA border at Primm's (Buffalo Bill's), because I will be spending a day or two in Los Angeles/Hollywood. The players at the poker tables in the family type hotels are the lousiest players, and planning on taking a lot of these time-limited dads on tilt, to the cleaners.

I'm still working on making my intended itinerary for the week, but Tue-wed of next week, Cali for sure.

Thats my family's place up in Maine, everything in that frame is ours. Its like a 45 minute drive to the nearest grocery story, and thats the way I like it. No cell phone service, no internet, no TV. Fucking heaven

Thats the view from the front porch. We got a bald eagle that chills there around May usually as well.

believe it or nt; i have a few pictures from shreveport that looked very similar...

it's the most expensive country in europe. It has some great things to see though, contrasts with the snow/ice and there's some thermal hot springs that most people seem to goto. Most of the island is uninhabited due to the terrain but it's still nice.

I have a few to do this year. Going back to scotland to see friends again sometime between june & august, spanish territory in june and canada in september. I'd rather spend most of the winter away in the warmth though, absolutely hate the cold/damp british shitty weather.

Gah, I hate the winter too.

Tonight marks the night where, for the first time this year, I've actually had to put on some long pants and a long-sleeved shirt because it's getting a bit chilly

7pm, and it must be down to almost 20C

I rode yesterday in my shorts and t-shirt and it was perfect weather. Not too hot but warm enough not to need trousers & a heavy top. I think it got upto about 18c today i dunno. Gorgeous spring stuff.
