Some people really don't think when flying. I'm lost for words when I see people at security with lace up boots that go up to their knees, or a thousand piercings, or that wear tons of jewelry...especially when they are in front of me.
I swear the general public are morons enough but when it comes to flying it's about 1000x worse.

what makes me even more crazy than people bitching about security are the ones who throw a hissy-fit when something goes wrong and they think they're the ONLY person affected by it.
i've seen people yell out "FUCK KLM!" and rip up their tickets and throw them on the ground after a flight gets canceled due to weather... and people who make a scene when their luggage is going to end up at a different airport or a day late because they missed a connection and had their trip re-routed.
shit like that just makes me laugh. i'm always extra nice and friendly to airport/airline employees because i feel bad for all the assholes they must encounter on a daily basis.
