Here is what i do.
Morning = scope whitening mouthwash + arm and hammer enamel care + whitening toothpaste with a "whitening toothbrush" (aka a toothbrush with different length bristles to get in the cracks , awesome imo)
Lunch = normal mouthwash + soft bristle brush and colgate total.
Night = whitening scope again + topol "smokers" toothpaste (expensive but worth it because i have sensitive teeth).
Once or twice a week i sleep with a mouthpiece with whitening gel in it, i would do more but if i use it too much i find that it discolours my gums a bit and that is more whack than yellow teeth because you look like you might have ebola.
Also dentist at least 2 times a year. If you have good insaurance go more. I get a pro cleaning every 2 months about, and it costs nothing woot.
white teeth are awesome. I hate veneers , but i will probably get them when i am 45 +
