I used to have anxiety which is why I have a Xanax script, but I don't have it anymore. Running a lot, and cutting out almost all the alcohol from my diet fixed me up.

It's just one of those days where you want to bend over everyone you know and kiss their ass goodbye with a big sideways boot.
Mine is generally triggered by changes in season and moving (school semester ending, stuff like that). I find if I maintain a running or swimming schedule it helps a lot, also being around people.
I could technically go get a xanax script if I wanted, but I'm just way too lazy to go see a psychiatrist.
