i'm not too good with the technical side of synths, but it's one of those detuned saw sounds i guess. there is a patch in sylenth with that exact sound you're talking of, fucking love it

You still could have more than one synth playing at the same time. Hardfloor's older tracks are well known for layers upon layers upon layers of 303s.

Yes but that cannot be called chords. thats two separate baselines, with unique filter-settings, amp envelope and even unique sound because none of 303 sounded exactly the same.

edit: lol u edited pattern to synth, that was close man.
