I heard the Blackberry Storm did it all wrong, and their perception of tactile feedback was messed up. What did the Storm do wrong to fail so miserably in creating a touchscreen phone? It doesn't seem like it's all that bad in videos, but people who actually used it say they hated it.
I'm sure anyone could get used to an iPhone's keyboard, but something tells me I'd feel more comfortable with a Palm Pre.
