id like to point out that i get as frustrated with foreign call centres as much as the rest of you; its a pain in the ass. but what i dont do is make wildly inaccurate inferences on the work ethic of an entire people based on my experiences.

these people work harder, for longer, for much less pay so i think any of us in first-world nations should shut the fuck up.

i can agree to that. half the people i work with are indians and they work like 80 hour weeks ... every week of the year

yeah, but i think as standards of living increase and costs naturally follow, foreign countries become less appealing. not to mention the increase in IR legislation as a country modernises. i think companies enjoy the horribly lax protections offered to workers in most of the developing world.
