I must have just miscommunicated my thoughts here.. By mellow, I meant deep and dark and not melody and epic... Sasha is known for melody, but his beats are usually really hard and banging.. while Digweed's style is usually more tribal, dark and deep. On Friday, Diggers played many melodic, techy tracks (not the whole time, but at many points of the night), which fall more (to my knowledge and in my experience) into Sasha's style..
