Our actions continue to spiral out of control as the two of us, Bonnie and Clyde, Thelma and Louise, SuspicionVandit and Mrs SuspicionVandit, make their way across the country, particularly with the ever-more-daring Suspicionvandit, who has shed his giggly, goofy personality for a determined, aggressive, hard-drinking one.
When a policeman stops us for speeding, I threaten the policeman with my gun, steal his gun, and lock him in the trunk of his cruiser. We encounter a truck driver who repeatedly makes obscene sexual gestures to us on the road. We pull over to demand an apology from him, but he refuses and we shoot his tanker truck, which explodes.
In the end, with the police on our tail, SuspicionVandit and his wife are cornered near the rim of the Grand Canyon. Detective Dick Tracy arrives on the scene, but is dissuaded from making one last attempt to bring us in without incident.
Rather than be captured and spend the rest of our lives in jail, we make a final choice. We decide to drive the car over the cliff into the canyon, an act which is guaranteed to result in both our deaths. Before the car drives over the edge of the canyon, the we firmly brace hands and grin.
