wow, I wish I started at 11am.
In my last year of Univ, my earliest class was 11am - most days I didn't have class until 1pm. This was /perfect/ for working out.
Most days I could wake up at 8-9, have a nice breakfast, head to the gym, do a solid workout, have a big lunch after then carry on with my day.
Once I fell into a 9-5 job my working out went to shit until recently.
It's really not /that/ hard to wake up an hour or two earlier, just need to make it routine, and make it a point to get to bed a bit sooner. First few times of waking up at 6:30 or so was a pain, but now I tend to start waking up before my alarm even goes off.
Even on days I don't work out I tend to wake up earlier (maybe 7 instead of 6:30, but still earlier than I was before working out). I find if I wake up early every other day instead of every day, it's harder to haul my ass out of bed.
