So many factors here.

Who is saying it?

Where are they saying it?

What are the accusations? (Extremely defaming? might even call for possible legal action in a very extreme and rare situation)

Generally though, people who take the time to bad mouth you in a negative way don't deserve a response. And people who want to believe what they hear from others are people that you don't want as fans. At least I don't anyway.

i cant picture myself in that situation so i have no idea what id do. i might have killed myself, or i might have registered and act like angelo or ingrosso or who fuck swedish gangsta it was: "i got my own shoo, who are u? im better than you looser", lol id probably do that.
