In these two examples both are so called "spamming", but one is punished and the other is not. Does this mean that "rules are rules" and "spam is spam" applies to only certain singled out individuals and not others?
Also, when a question about an explanation is sent to one of the admins, it's NEVER answered.

i dont know about that. i dont deal with that and never came across that.
all i know is this boagod guy creates an account and his very first post was spam so he is here to only spam, therefore, banned.
