Well walking and running basicly uses the same muscles. And why can she suddenly speak normally while running? Only logical reason would be that there is something messed at the motoric part of her brains.
It might be true, but just the fact that she can walk backwards and run without problems and talk while running makes it seem like publicity stunt.
