OMG, that was the hardest drive back home ever lol... driving ALL the way to LAX area, then ALL the way back to Hollywood. I was so sleepy & drunk haha. Jake passed out in the car... while I was trying my hardest to focus and not fall asleep lol.
Thanks for all those drinks and getting me wasted David! I loved hanging out with you & Brian! <3 I'll post up the pics on facebook either tonight or tomorrow!
I loved Fairmont's set, but it was pre-programmed, so it was very similar to his Vessel set, with a few minor changes (which I listened to 100 times haha). The only thing I don't like about pre-programmed live sets are that you can't switch up the set/tracks, depending on the vibe you get from the crowd. The only people who would really know what was going on with the music, are the die hard fans (not the casual club goer). I felt that only a few people really understood and appreciated his set... cuz the crowd thinned out towards the end of his set.
His set in SF was MUCH better. I warned him ahead of time that the venue he is playing at is known for trance dj's (yuck) and big name dj's... so he played a bit darker in SF.
I wish he would have played his classics like Gazebo and Mobula and stuff, but he says he hasn't played those songs in years, and he's over those songs lol.
Dang, 3 days in a row of partying & drinking... I don't know how I used to do that. I was barely alive in SF on Sunday
