A lot of Gangs will put up grafittis to tag the area they "own/deal in". So crossing them is considered an act of war by a rival gang.....and you know how gangs do things.


Grafittis are also read by the cops and help them figure out who runs certain areas and determine the gang activity and rivalry.

I'm all for abstract forms of art. If the person has the go ahead from the building owner to proceed then go nuts....but he does not have authority to do so....he is nothing more then a vandal....don't make him out to be something more then that.

When have I ever said its okay for anyone to go do illegal drugs. I could care less if people do illegal drugs but if you get caught doing something illegal accept the consequences.
