Idea for a new Production Forum contest:

Everyone who wants to participate submits ten synth and / or beat loops. Combine all those loops into a big ZIP folder. Then everyone downloads that folder and tries to make the best track they can using only the loops plus effects.

I'd participate.

mmm you mean making a track with just only 10 loops ? that would be a crap for sure, and if you have to use that 10 loops we are talking about a remix contest then

No, you could use as many loops as you wanted from the ZIP file, which would have a lot more than ten. Ideally at least ten or fifteen people would participate, so you'd get at least 100 or 150 loops to choose from.

Ok that's right... well i'm in too i guess. Kicks/snares/hats in our own taste right? Fx, Loops,Synths on whatever we want... well if someone takes time to write appropiate rules this could be funny.
