We need to redo the path, its so fucking torn up. I am pretty sure the previous owners of this place either never came out here or never went to the beach if they did. We tore up the path in like 6 months.

We are the type that use our beach place like every weekend or sometimes in the middle of the week.

One of our neighbors is never out here except on the 4th and labor day. Fucking losers, and they have a much big place too!

Maybe they have AC? You should go break in and check on that.
