There's an oyster bar I checked out in the Distillery District which was pretty decent. Really nice staff, got some free oysters

EDIT - Just looked at the site, HOLY FUCK that place is gorgeous and swanky! WOW! Looks amazing... would love to dine there one day, I saw the menu first and it looks $$$ but now looking at the place and rooms, well worth it!

Medium Well with just a sliver of pink. I like my juicy, but still like it served hot on my plate.

Each time I order Medium, it's either medium rare or well done no pink. I like a little pink, is it so hard to ask for?
I told the waiter how I order it, and he corrected me, "Don't tell me hhow you order it, tell me how you like it". The deliscious beauty came to my table PRECISELY the way I like it.

And yes it's very swanky. It seals the deal if you're on a date.

Weird, I've been to Harbour Sixty about 6 or 7 times and have found them to be too inconsistent for me. Sure it's a beautiful restaurant, but the steak's just weren't that good on a couple of visits. As I mentioned before, steak can be very hard to keep consistent so that's why I try to judge on numerous trips. And I also personally just judge on taste and service, I'm not too concerned with how posh the place looks (I used to love Barbarians)or what kind of "clientele" they have.

But to each his own, we'll all have different experiences!
