Animal products = cholesterol. This is America, our food industries run off cholesterol.

depending on your family genetics, you might not have high cholestorl, despite what your diet is.

i'm 150 lbs, and i eat meat probably 3-5x a week. my cholestorol is less than 120 (good range). but then again i don't eat fast food, processed meat.

just speaking from personal experience though. who knows, lews could be some 600 lb fatty who eats mcdonalds meat.

i go to the supermarket and specifically choose the eggs that have "CAGED" stamped on them. i like to support economically-friendly produce.

Oh and yeah...meats such as pork and beef, have enzymes, which breakdown cholesterol when metabolized with the stomach acid.

Unless you are consuming half a cow a day, cholesterol should be the least of your worries.

I don't think I needed it to... never had cholesterol issues. I'd say red meat is only 15% of my meat intake anyway. Most of the time I'm dominating turkey, chicken, and fish.

No you are an idiot because you live by making rational choices.

Every few months I'll order some bison and eat that instead of regular cow meat. Way healthier in trems of cholesterol and fat.

This is very true, that has a large part to do with it. I read in an American Heart Association report that 1 in 3 people in America are living with some kind of cardiovascular disease, a majority being high blood pressure. (85% of the cases being related to obesity)

That's an excellent cholesterol level, but I assume you eat a lot of lean meats (chicken, less-fatty fish, etc).

Perfectly okay. I just hate my friends that live off fast food, it's so disgusting.
