I would say not so much bad years for trance but as it progresses and moves on as with anything more and more crap, rushed toghther, trying to be a one hit wonder (darude), and jus commercial radio crap is flooding the scene, I think there is no bad year for trance its just when the crap is is given more credit than the stuff thats actually compsed right and with time effort and a good feel for the music. I mean if it were a perfect world i would hear stuff like sunhump on my radio instead of dj encore i would hear more tiesto less gigi agostino but as more and more radio stationis find their financial claim in trance more and more crap will flood, and when the crap outweighs the good that my friend is when trance has a bad year

being serious here when i think of this summer i think of this thread, at the start of the year the was quite a lot of released t oall tastes but thsi usmmer there has been hardly anything specially compared to last year (too many too name) so to be honest i would say this year has been the worst going by the recent draught in tunes
