Well, I'm going to try putting a comp on every channel, and a buss comp over most channels, and see what happens. If I like it then I'll stick with it.

I always took the orthodox line that it was bad to master compress a whole mix, but these days I tend to do it every time because it sounds better to me. Maybe this will be the same, no need to get dogmatic about it.

Pryda told me to never use compression. He said that he only uses square waves to ensure his waveform is flat and loud as possible.

Because Beatflux totally wasn't when he said that Pryda only uses square waves and never uses compression.
