I only really have milk in my tea/coffee. Occasionally i might have some cereal but thats only about once month if that...
I find if i have too much dairy products i start to feel sick...

i know a kid who is into trance heavy an who gets through like two four litre bottles in a day though sometimes with help from his dad. i always have a glass a nite before kip

ps. i heard stories bout real (straight from the udder) milk, that it tastes well diff. anyone spread a lil more light plz?

i only drink 2 glasses a day but i want to drink more because i met this BIG german boy and i had to drive with the sunroof open just so he could sit in my car, his head was out the sunroof. I asked how he got so big and he said "i ate my vegtables and drank my milk".
