i wouldnt knock cannibus, it could work.

doesnt aid much for me personally when im really in the zone about a tune and have it stuck in mind

but it can work fabulously for getting ideas out in the early-mid stages of a tune, especially if you want to break away from what you normally do.

however, take note that when i indulge in cannibus, i am productive and explorative & not everyone is like that.
