I do genuinely like his stuff, it's dark and dirty the way I like it, but at the end of the day it's rather standard fare, just done exceptionally well, imo.

God I hope DjRUM's album drops this year. Still plenty of time!

His drums are very raw, drum machine sounding.. prog drums are often over produced and squeaky clean.

the idea that his music is so debatable in terms of genre is a testimony to how good of a producer he is. My nomination stands.
