this question has been covered many times before. If you arrive after 12, they typically will charge you the difference between what you paid and the current door price which could be way higher. Also the later it gets the longer you could be stuck outside.

yes and if you make it after 12am they charge you the difference based on what the door price is at the door.

I remember they made an exception two years ago and let 12am people in up to 2am without any problems when they realized they werent moving fast enough and the line was around the block. but dont count on that.

if you are going straight from Ultra to Space, as long as you walk out the gates by 1115 i suspect you'll be fine.

This insinuates one should not take a shower before they go to a club after Ultra. One most certainly should take a shower! Lol, just trying to keep the rankness on the Terrace down...

If I have a 12 am ticket, I leave Ultra no later than 10 pm. Which is stupid, because the last two hours are the best two hours to be there...and especially when the price is nearly 400 bucks for said festival.

So you should definitely get your hands on a 2 am ticket. Does not make sense to miss out on the best part of Ultra (Luciano's set for instance), just to save a few bucks and see Fehrplay spinning for a nearly empty Terrace for hours on end. Try to get in line by 1:15 am even still though. It's gonna be a chore to get into Space that night I think...
