"Shadow of the Vampire" (2000) never really saw the publicity it deserved, which is really a shame considering how beautiful the movie is to look at and listen to. A vampire movie about a vampire movie, John Malkovich and Willem Dafoe perform in a unique, imaginative interpretation of the making of "Nosferatu."

Also, Pink Floyds work for Zabriskie Point is another favorite of mine but one that is much better while actually watching the movie. The ending, is a perfect synthesis of mis en scene, montage, and music. Dont want to ruin it for anyone by posting it. But it is a sight to behold and hear in a movie theater on 35mm with great sound.
Gonna go ahead and give this thread a shot in the arm. Anyone have anything new to post?
