Truedat. I went to mexico recently and at the bar they would pull a coconut right off the tree, open it, pour the juice through ice cubes and back in to the coconut, and give it back to you with a miotherfucking straw and umbrella.

Ever since then, I go to the store buy fresh coconuts and have at least one a day. Shit it amazing; Isotonic, low in sugar, completely sterile - fuck you can even use it as a IV drip in an emergency.

Oh I never touch the added sugar crap it's terrible
