I can't remember the exact details, but Homer runs off somewhere from work, and makes a replacement of himself; he puts a mop and a bucket on top of the body (i think he used a pillow for the body), and draws smilie face on the bucket, and sticks a walkman on the chest so it seems as if he's singing some song about how he loves working or something. Mr. Burns and Smithers walk by and Burns goes to Smithers
