Az kaha: 2 years ago I used to..not likt hime very much. I prefered the hysteric anthem trance canned by the dutch connections (aka: ferry, armin, tijs). Today I consider him on par or slightly behind Tiesto. Both are the kings, geniuses, godfathers of today's trance.
I saw PVD THREE times and it was amazing every time. Once in Vienna 2 hours, and then one day after another in Berlin, at his vandit night @ columbiahalle (know the essential mix on 13.7. this year? I was there!  ) and the next da yon the Loveparade, directly after Sasha. People, those are experiences Ull never frget in your life. His Vandit party had the best atmosphere Ive ever seen. Everyone worshipped PVD like a god and he played with the audience too. Like a big fucking family. And he played about 7 hours! I saw 5 of them. He looks shy, but its all concentration. Hes actually reading the crowd in order to exactely know how to lift them to a state of ecstasy! In my case he succeeded totally.
And about his production skills...well any1 who doesnt adore his out there and back and "seven ways" tracks isnt a real TA.
