its not so much dealers sacrificing their customers. often the dealers are oblivious to the fact they have pills with dodgy shit in it. (and btw if a pill has ket in it then its NOT a good thing). dodgy pills happen when a good pill has got a really good reputatiopn, some fuckwit makes cheap replicas with godknows what shite in it (often far cheaper things like PCP or PMA), and then they sell them. because of the reputation, the dealers they sell to will buy them, and in turn get sold to the clubbers. they make shitloads of money out of this because the pill may only be say 20% mdma, mda or speed. thats economics 
secondly, u have to be careful dropping pills with beer, especially if your doing them at the same time. because by the time ur gut digests it will have reacted with the alcohol and u will digest those toxins.
