The only long term side effect that is known is, immunity to MDMA. Over time the effect of MDMA decreases, so more of the drug is needed to produce the same high.

When it comes right down to it NOTHING IS SAFE!!!!!! Wether it be Alcohol or drugs. None of them are safe to do. Boze may or make fuck u up later (depending on what kind of nutrition you have had your whole life) but drugs are more likely to fuck u up in the long run no matter what nutrition u got. It is all a matter of time.

Exactly What desidel said. Let me ask you something. Of all the E You do, have you ever literally, take one of your pills apart and chemically analize it to check it's contents??? I think there is more than MDMA in it. Look at the shit they put in E now, fuckin' Viagra, Rat poisoning and whatever else. I would not take something unless Iknew what was in it and Iw as perfectly comfortable what's in it (wether it be good or bad).

Every one also has a different level of Chemical resistance to things (such things as smoking also) other than drugs or MDMA. It all depends if you (literally) ate your vegtables, cause back where I am from, You do (or it was the belt).

Seriously tho, this debate is getting lame. We could argue for days over the safeness of E vs. alcohol, eating our veggies, or what components are in E these days, and still get nowhere. We all have our own opinions, and we can only come up with theories, since we are not scientists ourselves. Many of these 'facts' on drug use/ abuse are often just governmental scare tactics. Some I agree with, others I think are a crock of shit.
Bottom line tho- party safely and in moderation, and I'll see you all at the rave in the old age home, pill in hand.

E-Master, did you bother to read Dr. Z's post? He said twice that he does not do E. Why do you insist on repeating the same comments over and over without reading people's posts? It just makes the discussion lame as Tatgirl said. Oh, and don't bother flaming me, I mean this as a constructive criticism. Plus, I'll just ignore any flames as I don't play those games.

You do have a good point about additives in pills. That's why I tell friends that regardless of whether they believe MDMA is safe or not, the more pills they do per year, the more risk they are exposing themselves to because of the "unknown" factor.

yes, nothing is safe, including walking in the city, driving like a madman like I do, living in the USA, etc. But, you have to live, so make your choices.
